Automatic Imaging Enhancement Software
Image Enhancement Software (IES) acts as an electronic checkpoint for scanned images. As quickly as images pass through the scanner, IES performs a multi-point inspection of each document. IES automatically checks and adjusts for alignment, brightness, contrast and image clarity. Any inconsistencies are immediately corrected by IES so that only the straightest, most readable images are moved into your imaging system.
Driver Messages Companies can send e-mail to their drivers using Scan & Go. When a driver swipes an access card, a database search is performed. If there are any messages available for that driver, the message can be read and printed at the kiosk. Files can be attached to e-mails and printed at the Scan & Go. Driver settlement summaries can be accessed at a Scan & Go kiosk.
Driver Friendly All Scan & Go kiosks include an easy-to-use customer service handset. At anytime, a driver can contact a trained imaging customer service representative by simply picking up the handset and pressing the help icon on the touch screen.
