Download Documents Upon request, we can download your documents to a CD/DVD. This optical disk is equipped with easy search features similar to those available on DMS. The contents of an average four-drawer filing cabinet can be fit onto a single CD/DVD.
Optical Character Recognition (OCR) OCR refers to the reading of text and translating the images into a form that DMS can manipulate. Text fields on a specific document type are identified. The text is pulled from the field and used to populate index fields.
Document Processing DMS provides complete document processing to ensure that supporting documentation is printed to accompany hard copy invoices. Support documents are retrieved from DMS and then automatically matched with invoices and printed to produce a single, inclusive package.
